What was the first album you ever bought?
I guess it must’ve been the A R Rahman’s soundtrack for Roja. I’m still a big fan of his music.

What album has had the biggest impact on your life? Why?
That’d have to be Tool’s Ænima. I never took music seriously until I heard the brilliance in Tool’s music. Their melodic vocals, deep lyrics, complex numerological drumming/percussion patterns and the amazing guitar tones really inspired me as a musician and as an individual.
What do you sing in the shower?
A more appropriate question would be “what don’t you sing in the shower?” Good reverb always pushes me towards acoustic numbers, though. I’d say Good Riddance by Green Day, Sugar by Tonic and Collide by Dishwalla are good contenders.
What is the best album ever made? Why?
Tough question. People have varying tastes in music, although a popular reply for this question would be Pink Floyd’s The Wall. My personal favourite would have to be Thirteenth Step by A Perfect Circle. The production values on that album are simply amazing: Music for people who understand music.
What is playing in your CD player at the moment?
Revelations, the new Audioslave album. Two songs on that album played in the recently released film, Miami Vice. I was a little disappointed when I purchased the Miami Vice OST and didn’t find the songs on the track listing.
