Likwid Productions, the underground music arm of Seven Leisure, has confirmed a bi-monthly residency deal with Housexy, the freshest brand from London-based Ministry of Sound.
Launched in June 2005, Housexy is for the more sophisticated, discerning crowd who enjoy the soulful side of funky House music.
Housexy international tours coordinator, Bex Amarasing, said:“We’ve kept a close watch on the Middle East scene in recent years and with so much positive change in the tourism climate we feel it’s the right time for Housexy to make its mark.
“Bahrain and Dubai specifically have developed their own unique way of doing things and with Likwid Productions in Bahrain we know we have a partner that’s not just run of the mill, so to speak, but one with a breadth of experience and professionalism, that’s very well established and extremely passionate about what they’re doing.”
Housexy will hold its fifth night at Club Seven in the Mishal Hotel on 23rd of March and then on the last Friday of April, May, June, July, and so on.
Expect the full production power of the Housexy team with a tour manager dressing up the venue specially for each night and top DJ talent like Funkagenda. There are also Richard Murray, Tom Murgatroyd, Patrick Hagenaar, Jake Duval and Shane Kehoe, as well as headlining DJs such as Bobby & Steve and the Beginnerz due to hit our shores.
Tickets are BD7 at the door and BD5 for ladies and ‘Nightlife’ members with the first 20 admissions receiving free Housexy promotional CDs and other gifts.

Doors open at 9pm with DJ Miléd until 11pm, followed by Mr K and finally Funkagenda goes on at midnight.
