Bahrain-based Landmark Properties has awarded a contract to Al Namal Construction Company to build a 17-storey freehold luxury residential apartment tower in Juffair.

The project cost is estimated at BD6 million.The total built-up area of Marvida Tower is 22,000sqft and is designed by Al Jazeera Engineering, Bahrain. The tower, facing the seafront over the marina, will have four floors of parking, a fully equipped business centre, leisure facilities and a health club, which will include a swimming pool.
