Wednesday, May 2
Opening ceremony at the Intercontinental Regency Hotel with a performance by the popular French band ‘The Grooms’. By invitation only.

Thursday, May 3
The French band ‘The Grooms’ will give a live music performance ‘La Baronnade’ at Bahrain Mall, Seef Mall and Al A’ali between 6pm to 9pm.
Albareh Art Gallery in Adliya will inaugurate an exhibition by French artist Christine Hawath, entitled Carnet de Voyage.

Six French chefs are preparing a culinary feat for the Chaine des Rotisseurs dinner at the Golden Tulip Hotel. The chefs’ corps and their culinary responsibility for the evening are Didier Derouet (Gulf Hotel), sorbet and mignardises (fancy biscuits); Francois Michel Dury (Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel), main course; Max Grenard (InterContinental Regency Hotel), fish; Jean-Philippe Haenggi and Daniel Mast (Golden Tulip Hotel), dessert and starter, respectively, and Nader Razek (Intercontinental Regency Hotel), soup. Each course will represent a region of France in a dinner introducing members and guests to the cuisine of La Republique in the ambience of the European country.

Michelin star chef, Claude Bosi will prepare delectable French dishes for lunch and dinner at the Versailles Restaurant, Intercontinental Regency Hotel.
 Geant, Jawad, Al Jazira, Al Osra, Le Marche, Last Chance and Megamart will highlight French products and have special promotions and raffle draws.
Citroen French Film Festival will take place in Seef Mall Cinemas, complex 2, where 10 French movies for children and adults will be projected.
