The launch of the iconic 90-storey tower is part of Damac’s exciting promotion during the Dubai Summer Surprises 2007.
Located in the prestigious Dubai Marina overlooking the Palm Jumeirah, Damac Heights features the most exclusive penthouses, duplexes, 3, 2 and 1 bedroom apartments.
At the launch, Damac also announced a host of other promotions revolving around all its Dubai-based properties during DSS 2007 – the 72-day-long shopping and retail extravaganza which got under way on Thursday.
Every purchase of a property at Damac Heights or any other Damac property worth AED35,0000 during DSS 2007 entitles the buyer to enter a draw, where one luxury car from the bouquet of one Bentley Continental, two Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe cars and two Lamborghini Gallardo Coupe cars will be raffled.
The draws will be held every second week commencing July 5 at the Mall of the Emirates.
