Write down your innermost feelings – classed as “writing therapy” this can be incredibly enlightening.

It is a means of unburdening your heart and mind and is said to be a truly cathartic experience.  Write down all those things you have always wanted to get off your chest. Remember, no one else has to see this as you can destroy it immediately. Either rip it up into tiny little pieces or burn it and this way you really extinguish those demons.
