Get more sleep!  Sounds so simple I know, but sleep is vital to both our physical and mental health.

Research shows that quality and quantity of sleep are equally important.  It is best to fit in as many zzz’s before midnight as possible to ensure you benefit from the complete cycle of sleep, including REM or “rapid eye movement “ which scientists now believe is vital to our wellbeing.
