Back to work or school after the summer vacation? Release that build up of tension in your neck and shoulders by sitting upright and putting your fingertips on your shoulders with your fingers facing in towards your ears.

Slowly bring your elbows together until they touch in front of your face without removing your hands from your shoulders.  Now return your elbows to the starting position and repeat this circle five times then reverse the movements.
