For the second consecutive year, Riffa Views Signature Estates has signed an agreement with the Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE)to participate as ‘Platinum Sponsor’ and exhibitor at the Bahrain International Property Exhibition “Bipex 2007”.

 

The exhibition, which will be held from November 28-30 at the Bahrain International Convention Centre is being organised by the Bahrain Society of Engineers under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, Bahrain.

 

During Bipex 2007, Riffa Views will showcase, for the first time in unison, all three Signature Estates – The Lagoons, The Oasis and The Park.

Centrestage will be The Park Estate, which will be on public display for the first time at a property exhibition.

 

 Visitors will receive exciting information including details on the residences’ Mediterranean architectural style, the estate’s innovative amenities including a themed piazza,  and information on the impressive landscape, which incorporates tree-lined avenues and extensive green areas, all these encompassed within a private enclave off-set from the 18-hole Signature Championship Golf Course.

The signing ceremony was attended by Riffa Views chief executive officer Richard Browning, sales and marketing director Hugh O’Shea and public relations and events manager Karla  Solano, along with BSE president Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, BSEdirector of conferences Jameel Khalaf Al Alawi, Bipex 2007 publicity committee chairman Rizwan Mumtaz, and Al Tashkeel event project manager Adel Abdulla.
