Starring Heather Graham, Cassey Affleck and Luke Wilson, this is the story of a young woman who goes off in search of her mid-life crisis suffering husband who left her. Sweet and cleverly written this is a fun film that was underrated from the start with an all star cast and great acting to boot!

The life of a trained assassin is never easy, but for Chev (the delectable Jason Stratham, it gets much worse when he discovers he has been poisoned and must keep his adrenaline above a certain level to avoid death. Action packed, this film will keep you entertained from start to finish.

A story about the memories that haunt us and the truth that sets us free.

Nominated for seven Academy Awards(r) including Best Picture and Best Actor, The Prince of Tides was directed by and stars Barbra Streisand as Susan Lowenstein, a New York psychiatrist who tries to help a suicidal writer by reconstructing her family history with the help of her twin brother, unemployed Southern football coach Tom Wingo (Nick Nolte).

Film - Independence Day on MBC Action @ 10pm

While the world has seen this film at least a dozen times, 11 years on it's a film that still keeps on giving. The world is about to be destroyed by aliens but the people of America aren't going to let it happen. Even full of Hollywood/American propaganda, this is non-the-less a real feel good film not to be missed - Action packed and funny with Will Smith at his alien-fighting best!

SUNDAY (Dec 2)

Series - Without a Trace on America Plus at 8pm

This is a series starring Anthony LaPaglia as Jack Malone, the head of an FBI special unit that deals in missing people. By working out the last few hours before a victim goes missing, they are able to unravel the mystery and find their missing person. Cleverly written and put together.

Docu-Series - Most Shocking on MBC Action at 8pm

Most Shocking is a series of real life unbelievable events caught on camera. Death defying car chases, natural disasters and criminals at work, you won't believe your eyes at times and will often be left wondering how anyone was able to get up and walk away after the things they go through!
