Bahrain-based real estate developer Era Projects last week exchanged contracts during a signing ceremony with China's State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).
As reported in GulfWeekly CSCEC, established in 1982, has been engaged in massive construction projects all over the world.
Era Projects' Era Towers will be one of the highest residential towers in Bahrain and the completion date is set for 2010.
The 50-storey tower is located in the Seef district and the project is financially supported by the National Bank of Abu Dhabi.
