Wednesday (July 2)Film - Goya's Ghost on Super Movies at 11pm

This is a larger-than-life historical epic, as seen through the eyes of feted Spanish painter Francisco Goya (Stellan Skarsgard). Javier Barden plays Brother Lorenzo, a mysterious and calculating member of the Inquisition's inner circle who falls in love with Goya's teenage muse, Ines (Natalie Portman), when she is falsely charged with heresy and sent to prison.

Film - Sunshine on Super movies at 11pm

Fifty years from now the sun is dying, and Earth is running out of time. The crew of the Icarus II are charged with re-igniting the star with the use of a stellar bomb but they soon realise they have more than the scorching heat of the sun and the ice cold of space to worry about.

Film - The Prestige on Super Movies at 11pm

Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale star as Robert Angier and Alfred Bordon, who in their earlier years were young magician apprentices together. But friendship turned to rivalry when their careers started to take shape and Robert's wife dies in an horrible accident. Over the years Robert becomes insanely jealous of Alfred's superior talents, and sends his assistant, Olivia (Scarlett Johansson), to infiltrate his enemy's camp and steal the secret to a dazzling trick.

SATURDAY (July 5)

Film - Junebug on Super Movies at 7pm

Madeleine (Embeth Davidtz) and George (Alessandro Nivola) are a successful, cosmopolitan couple who live in Chicago. When Madeleine wants to recruit an outsider artist for the gallery she works for, she goes to North Carolina to meet him. George, who is originally from the area, goes with her and when Madeleine insists on going to meet his family whom he hasn't seen in three years she soon sees a whole new side to her husband.

Animation - Ice Age 2: The Meltdown on Star Movies at 8.30pm

Manny the woolly mammoth, Sid the sloth, Diego the saber-toothed tiger, and the hapless prehistoric squirrel/rat, Scrat are back now that the Ice Age is coming to an end and their new home is a melting paradise. Our trio is still together and enjoying the perks of their now melting world. When Manny decides he might be ready to start a family he worries that he might be the last mammoth left alive until he comes across Ellie, the last female mammoth. There's only two small problems: they can't stand each other and Ellie thinks she's a possum.

MONDAY (July 7)

Film - Shopgirl on Super Movies at 8pm

This is an amusing and poignant story of love in the modern age. Plain-Jane Mirabelle works the rarely visited glove counter at Saks Fifth Avenue. As a struggling artist, she's trying to keep up with the minimum payments on her credit card and keeps herself to herself until she meets a rich good-looking 50-something named Ray Porter who sweeps her off her feet. But Jeremy, a run-of-the-mill-bachelor, is also interested in Mirabelle.

TUESDAY (July 8)

Documentary - Lockdown III: Newbies on NGC at 10pm

Wyoming stows their worst inmates in the isolated prairie town of Rawlins, but it is so isolated, not enough people live there to staff the Wyoming State Penitentiary. Wyoming went to extreme measures, recruiting officers from areas elsewhere in the US. Thirty new recruits came to Rawlins with one thing in common: none of them had law enforcement experience to help them police the prison's murderers and rapists. We follow three new recruits...
