Amwaj Waves is making a big splash with investors. The $396 million project is the single largest residential development located on the $1.5 billion Amwaj Islands.

The First Wave, phase one of Amwaj Waves development will feature four contemporary residential buildings consisting of two 13-floor and two seven-floor buildings, giving rise to 299 apartments with scenic views of the sea, the city, and an exquisitely landscaped pool area.
The First Wave also includes over 1,661 square meters of commercial space.
A three-level garage will be available to residents with a total of 328 parking spaces in the basement, ground and mezzanine levels.
The development will also include landscaped pools, courtyard, children's play areas, tennis court, and commercial space offering a generous layout retail area of 5,855 square metres featuring a choice of quality restaurants and shops.
