A BD20 million four-star hotel and apartment complex project has been launched by Alireza & Sons Group in a joint venture with Ramee Group.
Real estate owners, developers and hoteliers Alireza & Sons Group Co WLL signed the joint-venture investment deal with Ramee Group of Hotels and Restaurant Company WLL under which they have formed a new company, Millennium Middle East Properties Co WLL.
With this project the company aims to achieve a multi-million dinar investment in Bahrain to train and employ more Bahrainis in the hospitality industry and support the government's move to promote the growing tourism sector.
The hotel will have 25 floors with 120 rooms and 30 apartments.
The property will also feature multi-cuisine restaurants, a coffee shop, an executive lounge, a sports lounge and a host of amenities including a swimming pool, children's pool, pool playing area, gym for men and women and a health spa.
The total built up area of the project will be 300,000 sq ft.
Ramee Group of Hotels is one of the biggest hospitality providers in the kingdom owning and operating six hotels and four serviced apartments. The group has over 30 properties across the Middle East and India.
