Members of Islamic bank Global Banking Corporation's (GBCORP) wealth management & investment placement team (IPT) and investment banking divisions attended an advanced specialised training course in investment representative theory and practice.

As a strategic initiative by GBCORP the course, held in Seef Elite Suites in Bahrain, enhanced the knowledge of the 15 participants on a broad range of theoretical scenarios for various products including equity securities, debt securities, options and mutual funds.

The programme also provided comprehensive training on investment banking, securities laws and regulations, trading procedures, margin accounts, customer accounts and direct participation programmes.
