BNP Paribas GCC celebrated receipt of the quality certification ISO 9001-2001.
This ISO rating is established in over half a million organisations in 159 countries and is based on eight quality management principles, fundamental to good business practices, including customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continuous improvement, fact based decision-making, and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
