The compound consists of three modern villas, a swimming pool and plenty of parking room for guests. Two of those villas have already been snatched up by families, leaving one home unclaimed.

The compound is located near the Saudi Causeway, just after Rally Town. The villas can be found down a dirt road a few minutes away from the World Beat Fitness Centre, Saar Cinema and a selection of eateries.
