Gulf Training Solutions (GTS) with the Bahrain Society for Training and Development (BSTD) is holding a live seminar at the Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel, Manama on April 23 by Richard Boyatzis who will present a programme 'Emotional Intelligence: Why It Can Matter More than IQ'. His latest book 'Becoming a Resonant Leader' (with Annie McKee and Fran Johnston), is the workbook companion to their earlier book, Resonant Leadership, which is published in 18 languages. Dr Boyatzis has provided consultation to many Fortune 500 companies, educational and health organisations, government agencies and companies in Europe on areas including executive and management development, organisational structure, culture, change, R&D productivity and economic development.

The seminar is held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, chief executive of the Bahrain Economic Devolvement Board.
