Dear Stan, I would like to thank all the voluntary workers for their wonderful assistance while I was helping at the BSPCA.

I truly believe their helpful assistance made my work easier with their dedication and hard work to help the less fortunate population of pets at the BSPCA. Their devotion towards these animals is beyond my expression.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Joyce, Charlotte, Rachel and also Jaggath, who made my time at the centre memorable. I feel very privileged to have known and worked with all the staff at the BSPCA not just as colleagues but as my friends.

My thanks as well to Tony Waters; chairman at the BSPCA, for all his kindness in his letter and The Big Book of Dogs, which I have been going through and have found very intriguing. This book will definitely be going in my collection of valuables.

I will miss them all and hope to see them again in the near future.

Dear Stan,

I am disillusioned with what is going on at Queens Park Rangers. I admire the approach that the new owners have taken with regard to laying the foundations for an exciting new brand within the football league - new look, better stadium facilities and good sponsors etc.

There has also been the strengthening of the squad - namely buying wisely as opposed to extravagantly.

But, how on earth can the team be expected to gel, develop or deliver results when there have been more managers than the team has scored goals in the last few games?

And, looking forward, who in their right mind is going to want to manage a club with such a track record?

I fear we are going to be a Championship side for a few more years and the long-suffering fans may start deserting.
