Wednesday (Apr 29) Film - Mr Deeds on Fox Movies at 11pm

When Deeds inherits controlling interest in a media corporation from his deceased uncle, he's quickly besieged by opportunists gunning for their piece of the pie. When Babe, a television tabloid reporter posing as an innocent smalltown girl, is sent to do an expose on Deeds, she instead feels herself falling in love.

Inspired by the multi-million-selling card game, Top Trumps is a fascinating series which sees players enter exciting new worlds. Hosted by Robert Llewellyn and Ashley Hames, this series brings the classic card game to life. Each episode features a different theme. Watch as each player chooses two top fact categories from speed, endurance, number of crew, manoeuvrability and versatility. The 'Top Trumps' computer chooses a fifth mystery category and the players then reveal their statistics. Whose machine will be the victor?

Film - Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy on Super Movies at 8.30pm

Cult British author Douglas Adams' long-awaited film version of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, based on his five-book series, is a funny, wacky, highly creative ride through a bizarre universe. Arthur Dent (Martin Freeman) is having a very bad day. His house is about to be bulldozed, he discovers that his best friend (Mos Def) is an alien and to make things worse, planet Earth is about to be demolished to make way for a hyperspace highway. Arthur's only chance for survival is to hitch a ride on a passing spacecraft, with only an electronic encyclopedia called The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy to help him on the greatest adventure in the universe.

Leon stays in a luxurious Paris hotel the night before he begins, then he attempts to sell blood to raise money for a train ticket.

Samuel L Jackson is Elmo McElroy, a kilt-wearing, golf club-wielding Los Angeles native who has invented an illegal drug formula that he hopes will provide him with a last major score of $20 million before he retires from a life of crime. He travels to Liverpool, England, where he hopes to find a buyer for his creation among the denizens of the city's rave scene, but his plans go awry when those who are in on the deal start turning up dead.
