The art of a perfect makeup

The Make Up For Ever range, much loved by Bahrain's women folk, took to the catwalk as the finishing touch at Georges Hobeika's Fall-Winter 2009/2010 couture collection launch.

Make Up For Ever, the LVMH Group's professional makeup brand, teamed up with the international designer for his latest show at the Georges V Hotel, Paris.

The collection's contrast of colour stimulates a backdrop of basic black and white; stripes, curves and hypnotic prints transform skirts and tops into dresses and blend waistlines into seamless flow, while the collection's chic edge is precisely sharpened by gloves that match each unique creation.

To complement and highlight the beauty of the collection, Make Up For Ever worked backstage to create variations of a smoky dramatic look with black and colour. The effect was a sensational one, mutually accentuating couture and makeup.

Make Up For Ever and Georges Hobeika have been partners since January 2009, both aspiring to create unique looks for women worldwide.

The range is available in Bahrain from the Show Room - Seef, Zaina Concession - Seef and Bahrain City Centre's Debenhams, Vavavoom and Paris Gallery.
