The Little Chef Restaurant on the Budaiya Highway is offering the island's diners the unique opportunity to 'weigh and pay' their food, allowing them to only pay for what they want to eat.

Claiming to be the only place on the kingdom to offer such a deal, guests chose what they want cooked or select from the buffet.

Buffet manager Nandan said: "This is a great option for professionals who are on the go and want to grab a quick, healthy bite during lunch time.

"All they have to do is choose what they want from our lavish buffet, weigh it and pay the price per weight. Rates are as little as 400 fils per 100gms."

The outlet, also known as Wholesale Restaurant offers the buffet promotions every day of the week, for both lunch and dinner.

The buffet features a range of Indian, Chinese, Arabic and continental dishes to choose from.

Diners can begin at the Chinese stir-fry station where they can choose their raw materials alongside sauces and condiments.

A pizza and grill station offers the customers the chance to opt for barbeque or Italian specialties cooked to perfection.

There is also a spread of more than 30 dishes including soups, starters, main course items as well as a list of desserts, including an ice cream machine, where you can scoop up your own cone of chocolate delight.

The buffet is open from 12 noon to midnight, every day of the week.

The outlet also offers outdoor catering for parties and occasions. For details contact Mr Nandan on 36767886.
