The 2010 Captains' Drive-In was staged recently at the Royal Golf Club with new captains Isa Al Borshaid and Dena Wales aiming to raise funds for the Bahrain Junior Golf Development Project, to increase awareness of the sport among the youth of the country.
Captains Isa and Dena also sponsored the prizes for the winners of Thursday's scramble tournament which was won by the team of Ed and Louise Daly, Les and Angela Cranston with 62.2 nett.
Last year's Charity Bunker draw winner was member Balwinder Panesar who was awarded a Callaway driver.
Results - 1st: Ed Daly, Louise Daly, Les and Angela Cranston; 2nd: Isa Al Borshaid, Dhari Al Borshaid, David & Dena Wales.
Nearest the pin winners: Bijan Majidi, Jeong Hae Kwak, Colin Ferguson and Angela Cranston.
