The Big 60 dazzling Diamond Night will be held at the Aqua Fuego club at the Days Hotel in Hoora. Around 300 people are expected to attend the event featuring UK DJ Martin Taylor. Sunday (March 14)

The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel & Spa will host a Mother's Day brunch from noon to 3pm. It will feature live cooking stations with free-flowing house and sparkling beverages, a selection of mezze and salads, and a dessert buffet at the hotel's La Mediterranee restaurant. A special bubbly a la carte brunch will be available at Italian outlet, Primavera.

The family brunch at La Mediterranee is priced at BD21 per person and the bubbly a la carte brunch at Primavera is priced at BD23 per person.

The island welcomed its latest nightclub Havana at the Panorama Hotel in Juffair offering an authentic Latin theme. The club offers salsa classes four times a week from 8pm to 10pm.
