A NEW home is under construction in Saar and once complete will offer ulta-modern accommodation for rental for expats and locals alike.
The three-storey building is located in the popular residential area close to the much-sought after St Christopher's School.
It will feature fine finishing's, shaded parking for tenants and a state-of-the-art gymnasium.
The ground floor will feature the gym, office, reception area and a two-bedroom apartment. There are three two-bedroom units on the first floor and a one bedroom apartment on the second floor.
The semi-furnished apartments will boast sizable kitchens, spacious living areas, a guest toilet and the master bedroom will have an ensuite bathroom. If tenants prefer to have fully furnished apartments then that can be arranged as well.
There will be one parking space per tenant and visitors can park in the open areas close by. There will be security and maintenance.
The building is due to be completed by August.
