Mohamed Ali, director of sales and marketing, has been appointed acting general manager of the Lost Paradise of Dilmun water theme park, part of the $1.3 billion Al Areen development in Sakhir.
Mr Ali takes over from Paul Blunt, executive director of Sim Leisure Consultants SPC who were contracted to run LPOD on behalf of Gulf Finance House through Sim Leisure since the park opened in 2007.
"This new responsibility is an honour and will allow me to help push the tourism and cultural industry in Bahrain," said Mr Ali.
