Friday (August 13) The Kerala Social and Cultural Association (KSCA) will hold a series of events to celebrate Onam 2010 at its premises in Gudaibiya. An inauguration ceremony will be held today followed by a cultural variety programme. On August 21it will host activities for children and on August 26 will be an evening of folk dance and Onam songs. Cultural programmes and a traditional feast will be held on August 27 at The Palace Hotel in Adliya.

Tuesday (August 17)

The Mad Science Ramadan Camp will run until September 2, Sunday-Thursday, 10am-1pm for children aged six and above at Studio Ceramics on Budaiya Highway. Each day includes a new Mad Science topic presented with fun, interactive experiments and a Mad Science educational science take-home. Entry fee is BD15 per day or BD60 per week.
