Seef Mall will be celebrating the Holy Month of Ramadan with a special programme that showcases the rich culture and spirit of the Arab world from today. The centrepiece of the celebrations is an exhibition titled Aswaq Ramadan, which creates the environment of an Arabian souq, with stalls displaying religious items and artefacts, traditional outfits and delicacies.

The souq, which will be located in the West Expansion, has drawn participation from many of the Islamic country embassies. The exhibition will remain open every day from 10am to 3pm and 7pm to 1am until Eid Al Fitr.

Carts laden with traditional delicacies will also be placed around the mall, providing visitors a taste of the flavours of the region. True Bahraini hospitality will be on display every night as visitors are offered complimentary refreshments like gahwa, tea and dates. Shoppers will also have the opportunity to win a gift in this month of giving. A special Ramadan feature is the 'Shop & Win' raffle which will run until September 10. Prizes include shopping vouchers worth a total of BD10,000 as well as three MINI Cooper cars. Shoppers will receive a coupon for every BD20 they spend on purchases across all retail outlets in the mall, including the food court, cinema and Magic Island, which they can drop in a Big Win Box at the Customer Service Counters at Gate number 3 and Gate number 4 to qualify for the draws.
