Real estate development company Manara Development will be the prime sponsor of next month's BIPEX 2010 property expo.
The Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE) said a memorandum of understanding had been signed by Dr Hasan Al Bastaki, managing director, Manara Development and Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, chairman of BIPEX 2010.
Dr Al Bastaki said: "BIPEX is a remarkable annual event that has been successfully chartering the growth of the sector in the region, bringing together all stakeholders under one roof to discuss potential real estate solutions in the current scenario and providing a window into the future."
Present at the ceremony at Manara Development headquarters in the Seef district were Jameel Khalaf Al Alawi, director of conferences, BSE, Rizwan Mumtaz, publicity chairman, BIPEX 2010, Mohammed Abdul Aziz Ali, sales manager, and Nawaf Ali Ganem, communication and marketing manager, Manara Development.
Mr Alsayed added: "Our philosophy at BSE is to make BIPEX a widely accessible and all-inclusive event that holds up a mirror to the real estate industry, permitting it to reflect, analyse, make course corrections and plan for a healthy and robust future.
"It is a pleasure to have Manara Development as sole prime sponsor for BIPEX 2010 and we are confident the seventh edition of this prestigious show will assist them in effectively meeting their broader objectives."
BIPEX 2010 will run from November 11-13 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.
