Jashanmals Bookstores are holding sales with discounts of up to 70 per cent. The campaign will last for at least two months and will focus on adult fiction and non-fiction titles.

Fresh stocks will be added every 10 days so it is worth visiting the shops at least twice over this period. Its Seef Mall outlet will also be celebrating the launch of Nabs’ Al Busaidi’s new book – a writer described by critics as Bahrain’s own Ranulph Fiennes – The Arab who Took on the Arctic on Friday at 11am.

From October the bookstore will reveal its Christmas catalogue to help customers with gift ideas. Customers can also order any US and UK book titles currently in print, at no extra cost.

The company has outlets in Seef Mall’s West Wing extension, Bahrain City Centre as well as the Jashanmal Department Store in Al Aali Shopping Complex.

Jashanmal Bookstores run special promotions throughout the year and this June, management says, will see the
biggest yet. Jashanmal Bookstores also offer extra discounts for bulk corporate and institutional orders.
