Gulf Weekly Development project milestone

Manara Developments has revealed that more than 50 per cent of phase one of the Tubli Gardens project has been completed.

Managing director Dr Hasan Al Bastaki made the announcement after Manara Developments issued its second report to shareholders detailing the project’s progress to date.

The report showed that following the issuance of the first report three months ago, work has commenced in laying the first floors of the villas, and the completion of the outer and rear boundary walls for all units and the completion of the ceilings fixing for the lower levels.

In addition, wall plastering and finishing works to the ground levels have started in all the villas. Dr Al Bastaki emphasised that the project is progressing ahead of schedule at a comfortable rate.

He also said that in parallel to the work being carried out to the villas in phase one, special attention is being given to two particular villas, one ‘corner’ type villa, and one of the ‘typical’ type which is semi-connected to other villas. The aim is to showcase the final project to potential investors.

The construction of all 27 villas is being done in parallel, and they are due to be completed at the same time.

Amongst the villas’ attributes is the capability of vertical construction in the future, upon the provision of drawings of up to three floors based on the needs of the owner.

They consist of three bedrooms, an inside and outside kitchen, three bathrooms, two living rooms and a maid’s room. In addition, there is also a two-car garage, and additional space which can be used to construct an optional backyard swimming pool.
