After a bleak childhood, Jane Eyre goes out into the world to become a governess. As she begins her new position at Thornfield Hall, she meets the abrupt master of the house, Mr Rochester. Jane and her employer form a friendship and she soon finds herself falling in love with him. Jane seems to have found happiness at last, but could Mr Rochester’s terrible secret destroy it forever?

The Burlesque Lounge has its best days behind it. Tess, the owner of the venue, struggles to keep the aging theatre alive. The Lounge’s troupe members become increasingly distracted by personal problems and a wealthy businessman wants to buy the club. Meanwhile, Ali, a small-town girl from Iowa, is about to change dramatically. Hired by Tess as a waitress she quickly falls in love with the art of burlesque.

However, Chris is determined to make it, and prove everyone wrong.

After courier Chuck Noland is involved in a plane crash, he finds himself alone on the shores of a tropical island. Frustration gets to him when he realises how slim his chances are of getting back to civilisation. Four years later, Chuck has learned very well how to survive on his own with nothing more than a few supplies from the wreckage. Eventually fate gives Chuck a chance to get off the island and back to the woman he loves.
