TOP executives from the business world of Bahrain are being invited to attend a conference in the New Year to share their successes and experiences.

The three-day event entitled ‘The Ultimate Achievement Conference’ for the best sales and marketing individuals in the kingdom during 2011 will be staged at the Crowne Plaza Bahrain.

The high achievers workshop will be led by Adrian Henson, pictured below, who aims to guide the participants through a variety of advanced selling techniques to help enhance their abilities.

“It is a ‘groundbreaking’ event in Bahrain to give recognition to all those representatives that have really achieved goals in 2011,” the Bahrain-based business training director   said.

“The programme will include a variety of extra topics that bond the participants as a group of successful sales entrepreneurs who will grow their skill further and go on to greater things in the future as a result.”

As the nominees will be from different sectors, they will have the opportunity to get to know the other participants’ sectors, products and markets and will swap roles and try to sell other products.

Mr Henson added: “The main emphasis is to advance the understanding and skill level of each candidate in the area of sales and to allow the nominees some time to enjoy their achievements with ‘like-minded’ people. So there will be a lot of fun. However, it is a reward and recognition conference, so all individuals will have the chance to tell their story.”

Participants will be presented with certificates of achievement and at the end of the conference one individual will receive a trophy and walk away with the title of ‘The Ultimate Sales Entrepreneur’ 2011.

The conference is to highlight the achievers that have been nominated and may include some other successful guests from outside the group to speak and to encourage them further in their endeavours.

All companies interested in sending participants can nominate up to a maximum of three candidates, as the total number for the conference is 40. Each candidate must have a clear statement of achievement written about them, what they achieved and why it was considered good.

The event will take place on January 9-11 and will cost BD300 per participant, with a 10 per cent discount for three nominations. For further information, email adrianhenson.trainer@gmail.com
