Film – A Beautiful Mind at 9pm on MBC2
John Nash struggles to make a worthwhile contribution to serve as his legacy to the world of mathematics. He makes a revolutionary breakthrough that will eventually earn him the Nobel Prize. After graduate school he turns to teaching, becoming romantically involved with a student. Meanwhile, the government asks his help with breaking Soviet codes, which soon gets him involved in a conspiracy plot. Nash grows more and more paranoid until a discovery that turns his entire world upside down.

Series – Grey’s Anatomy at 2.30pm on MBC4
This medical drama about a group of surgeons working at Seattle Grace Hospital centres around Meredith Grey and her life as a third year resident at the hospital. In addition to her relationship with her neurosurgeon husband, Derek Shepherd, and best friend Cristina Yang, it also explores her relationships with her peers and the other doctors around her. Each episode dives into different medical cases and personal dramas of the doctors.

Series – American Idol at 8pm on OSN First
Emmy Award-winning and America’s biggest talent show has returned for an eleventh season. The concept of the series is to find new solo recording artists where the winner is determined by the viewers through telephone, internet, and SMS text voting. The judging panel consists of Randy Jackson, Grammy and Golden Globe nominated singer/actress and record producer Jennifer Lopez and Aerosmith frontman and Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Steven Tyler.

Film – Blade Trinity at 12am on MBC Action
Blade finds himself alone surrounded by enemies, fighting an uphill battle with the vampire nation and now humans. He joins forces with a group of vampire hunters who call themselves the Nightstalkers. The vampire nation awakens the king of vampires Dracula from his slumber with intentions of using his primitive blood to become day-walkers. Blade and his team create a virus that could wipe out the vampire race once and for all. In the end the two sides will collide and only one will come out victorious, a battle between the ultimate vampire and the greatest vampire slayer.

Dylan is done with relationships. Jamie decides to stop buying into the Hollywood clichés of true love. Film – Waist Deep at 8pm on MBC Action
To save his son from ruthless gangsters, a streetwise ex-con finds himself coerced into performing a series of crimes. O2 is a young father and recent parolee whose life on the outside is upended when his young son Junior is taken hostage after an auto-theft gone wrong. After learning that his boy is in the hands of a mob boss named Meat, he is forced to break the law once again to get into the gangster’s inner sanctum and save his son.
