Ali Musbah fired a wonderful score of 44 stableford points to win the annual spring stableford competition held at the Awali Golf Club.
Musbah, who plays off a handicap of three, made six birdies and a single bogey on his way to a gross score of 65 in ideal conditions.
Hendrick Wessels scored 41 points to claim the runners-up position while Bill Finlay took the final podium place with a score of 40.
The final two prizes went to Ali Danesh and Paul Beaumont who each scored 38 points to finish fourth and fifth respectively. Essa Al Qutami, who also scored 38 points, lost on countback.
In the side contests, Steve Brown and Kerry Diaper claimed the nearest the pin prizes on the fourth and sixth holes respectively. On the back nine, Al Qatami and Paul Hsu were nearest the pins on the 12th and 14th holes respectively.
