EURO MOTORS has introduced a new night shift to its service centre, making the retailer the first in the kingdom to offer motorists a faster and slicker service.

The company expanded its Aftersales Service Centre in 2008 to double the size and has now introduced a night shift to meet the demand of customers.

The investment will cut the time customers have to wait for their cars to be returned and give the company an edge over its competitors.

Paul Yates, general manager of Euro Motors, said: “Euro Motors is pleased to announce the introduction of the BMW Aftersales Service Centre night shift. As the leading automotive retailer in the kingdom, this move once again sets us apart from our competitors and brings an extended service facility to meet the needs of our valued customers.

“We are selling more and more cars every year so the night shift was essential to meet the demand for the resulting aftersales services.

“We are the first in Bahrain to provide this. It means that customers are able to drop their cars off for a service and not have to worry about it taking so long to get the job done and get happily back on the road.”

Euro Motors recruited 20 additional technicians in May who went through an intensive three-month training period to support the new night shift initiative. The company has increased its workforce almost 50 per cent since 2011.

The showroom and aftersales centre, located in Sitra, cover some of the most sought after global motoring marques such as BMW, Mini, Land Rover, Rolls Royce, Ferrari and Maserati.

Behind the elegance of the showroom is its technological centre, set up for both service and bodywork repairs. The body shop promotes the highest level of productivity and efficiency, offering a comfortable working environment for the team’s technicians. In addition, it features state-of-the-art equipment for repair and inspection procedures.

The Euro Motors Aftersales Service Centre is open for customers to drop off their vehicles any time between 8am-6pm.

* On November 11, Euro Motors will be launching the latest Range Rover. The date also marks Remembrance Day, also known as Poppy Day or Armistice Day, a memorial day observed since the end of the First World War to remember the members of armed forces who died in the line of duty. Chelsea Pensioners visiting from the UK and the British Ambassador will also attend the event. Further details will be announced nearer the time.
