Families on the look-out for spacious luxury villas are in for a treat as three homes have become available to rent in a select small compound in Saar.
The securely-gated Valencia Gardens, which features just four villas, is located in Saar’s residential area close to St Christopher’s School and the Nakheel Centre that houses coffee shops and a leading upmarket British food retailer.
One of the properties will be occupied by the landlord but the other three are now ready to be moved into. The owners hired professional landscapers and designers to create the homes which feature state-of-the-art kitchens provided by Khalaifat Company and bathroom fixtures from Elames Trading and Contracting Bahrain.
The two-storey villas are spacious with modern fixtures and finishings and all boast private swimming pools that can be seen from any of the rooms on the ground floor.
PropertyWeekly carried out an inspection of one of the villas and was impressed. Upon entering there is a living room or majlis on the left hand side and a guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the right. Further ahead, there is room for more seating, a guest cloakroom and vanity area, as well as a dining room.
The open-plan kitchen appears sleek and cool with its marble breakfast bar, its kitchen island touch control cook-top design and matching ventilation hood.
The first floor includes a kitchenette, a sizeable balcony, another family room and three bedrooms. All the rooms feature ensuite bathrooms with showers and the master also features a tub.
The master bedroom is particularly large with a dressing area. Wardrobes will be fitted in once the property has been snapped up by a tenant.
The villa also includes central cooling, a security system, internet and cable connections.
The maid’s quarters and laundry room are outside along with a ‘dirty kitchen’ for entertaining (outside kitchen). There is a private double garage for each home.
There will be round-the-clock security and maintenance on hand.
The newly-constructed compound will also include a play area for children and a lush green garden area with a beautiful fountain for families to unwind and relax.
