Bahrain City Centre is encouraging shoppers to get active this summer with a sport-themed shop-and-win summer campaign which aims to promote Bahrain’s wider goals of being the sports capital for the region.

Visitors can energetically shop for the newest fashion in any of the mall’s 350 retail outlets, while getting the chance to win prizes, including a Porsche Panamera S, until June 30.

Children will also be able to enrol in a Sports Camp running for the entire month.

Throughout June, shoppers who spend just BD30 will have a chance to win the car or one of five BD1,000 gift cards. What’s more, by embracing the sports theme and shopping at any of the mall’s 14 sports and leisure retailers, visitors can double their chance to win.

The centre’s Kid’s Sports Camp will offer activities at Wahooo! Waterpark, the Bowling Centre as well as fun fitness sessions. It is free for all children, aged seven to 12, and will run three-times-a-week throughout June. Interested parents should register them at the customer service desk. Each camper will receive a Bahrain City Centre Kid’s Sports Camp T-shirt and backpack.

“We are pleased to enhance Bahrain’s positioning as a sporting destination by presenting a unique mix of shopping specials and sports-themed activities for the family this summer at Bahrain City Centre,” said Duaij Khalifa Al Rumaihi, senior mall manager.

The grand prize is on display throughout the campaign. In addition, visitors can discover the latest sports fashion trends at a display in the Central Galleria.
