Media mogul, Simon Cowell says, he is certain now that he’s got the right girls with Demi Lovato and two new judges on X-Factor USA, Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio.

He admitted in a recent interview that he was not as certain as he is now, a month ago. Before the first audition at Charleston, Simon noted that he was a bit unsure if the best decision was carried out as who will sit with Lovato and himself on the judge panel for the anticipated third season, which will air in September. But now, he said, all is well and everything appeared to be perfect!

“If you’d asked me that question even a month ago, I would have said I honestly don’t know. (But) it suddenly just clicked,” Simon was quoted as saying by unrealitytv.co.uk, adding, “I think we may have got it right.”

The music producer even has his eyes on one of the contestants in their recent visit to Charleston for the show’s first try out last month. He was accompanied by Lovato, Rubio and Rowland.

Simon noted: “And there’s one audition in particular that’s probably one of my favourites that I’ve ever been involved in – a one-in-10-million audition. I can’t stop thinking about it.”

He also thanked Charleston for the show’s first great run.

He said, “Thank you Charleston, wow so much talent, such sweet people!”

Meanwhile, Lovato was singing the same tune with Cowell. But admitted that she misses Britney Spears and L.A. Reid.

“I do miss (Britney and LA),” Lovato said in an interview. “We spent a lot of time together and we’d formed those bonds, but it’s a new chapter now and I’m excited to start a new experience with new people.”

Lovato has also revealed that she has grown fond of Cowell like no one she has ever met in her life, noting that she has confided to her boss with matters she would not do with just anybody.

The 20-year-old Heart Attack singer does not seem to find any problem with the 33-year age difference between her and Cowell, underscoring that she relates to him like no other. She insists there’s a good guy in the 53-year-old not too many see in the media honcho.

“I’ve been able to tell him things that I don’t tell the public — about my personal experiences, my journey and what I’ve been through. He’s been really, really cool about everything. Way deep down there, he’s a good guy,” Lovato said.
