Bahrain International Design Week (BIDW) concludes its roadshow at The Domain Hotel Manama with a panel discussion entitled Design Needs an Audience. The three-day event will be hosted at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre from tomorrow to Saturday. BIDW will showcase the latest trends in jewellery and fashion, interior design, graphic design and more. It will also provide a forum for designers to show their latest designs. The Bahrain International Circuit is hosting a musical competition as part of the inaugural BIC National Day Festival from December 13-17 in Sakhir. The festival is being held to showcase the best of Bahrain. A panel of three judges will decide on who will take home BD3,000, BD2,000 and BD1,000 as first, second and third prizes. Contestants will be judged on voice quality, stage presence, overall performance and audience impact.

Registration costs BD10. Applicants will be divided into a four-day performance schedule, with the best performers being selected to take to the stage on the final day.
