Make holidays enjoyable

Since this is the month where people have the most desserts, I thought I’d share a few healthy dessert recipes to make your holidays just as enjoyable but without the guilt.

Raw Banana Ice Cream Cake Recipe
For the crust:
- 2 1/4 cups ground almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Process together in a food processor until it is well mixed together.
Flatten the crust into a pie plate or a cheesecake plate.  Press it down.
Store in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Optional: you can add very thin banana slices on top of the crust
For the filling:
 - 6 bananas (peeled and frozen the night before)
- 1 banana for garnish
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

In a food processor, blend the frozen bananas and the cinnamon, and then slowly add the dates.
Take the crust out of the freezer.

Pour the bananas mixture on top of it and smooth out
Garnish with sliced bananas, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and desiccated coconut.
No eggs, no flour, no sugar, no dairy, no artificial anything. And the taste is to die for!
