Al Jazira Supermarket in Adliya is having a ‘Pinoy Fest’ until the end of February with a dedicated Filipino department in the store comprising of a wide range of products imported from Philippines.
The campaign, which began on January 23, was inaugurated by Philippines Ambassador Sahid Sisuat Glang in the presence of Al Jazira managing director Hameed Dawani and other officials.
During the function the ambassador handed over a letter of appreciation to the managing director for participating in the charity drive conducted by Middle East Shutter Squad (MESS). MESS co-ordinator Leila Dulay was present on the occasion.
The store has various promotions to reward customers during this time including a raffle draw for which customers will be issued a coupon for every BD5 purchase. The draw will take place on March 3.
