Detox is ... using a sauna

Some people may not know that using a sauna is a particularly effective way of removing toxins from the body.

Why? Because saunas help get rid of toxins through sweat.

However, you may also not know that there are different types of saunas.

There’s a new kind called the far-infrared sauna which works with far infrared rays, a form of electromagnetic radiation, which accounts for 50 per cent of the energy generated by your body.
 
The far-infrared sauna has a lot of benefits. Most importantly, the heat in an infrared sauna does not exceed 50 degrees Celsius which means that it heats the body from the inside which causes slower and deeper sweating.

What is that good for? Slow and deep sweating helps cells and blood circulation and also helps with breathing problems, especially for asthmatics.

Deep cellular heat is also effective for killing bacteria and viruses and it is also used as cancer treatment in some health clinics around the world.
