In order to help your body get rid of toxins, I have a simple tip – bring in more juices into your daily routine.

But in this instance, we are not talking about any juice, we’re talking about green juices.

Let me give you an example. Blend an apple with a cucumber, and add all the green leaves that you have in the kitchen: rocket, parsley, coriander, spinach, mint… and then add a bit of wheatgrass powder.

Put them all in the blender and blend with a bit of water. And drink 2-3 cups a day.

These green juices help the liver get rid of toxins but at the same time, will give you quick energy that is easily absorbed because they have nutrients that have been broken down and are now readily absorbed by the body.

And the best part is that these green juices will make your blood more alkaline, which means healthier.
