Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation’s (BREEF) end-of-season show jumping championship will be held on Saturday.
It will feature four classes; Junior One, one round with jump-off, Junior Two and Adult 1 (Class 3, one round with jump-off), and the final class will be a competition over two rounds over two different courses – the winner of this class will receive a car as first prize.
The event will start at 9.45am and be held at the BDF Equestrian Ground at Sakhir.
BREEF is also holding a National Show Jumping Course Designing Seminar with practical training at the BDF Equestrian Centre tomorrow and Friday. It will be conducted in English.
British riding instructor and 3-day eventer Karen Whiston will be hosting riding clinics and offering lessons at Twin Palms Riding Centre. Individual, shared and group sessions will be conducted in the mornings, with three-hour seminar/clinics being run from April 15-18. Karen will continue with lessons until April 20.
