Key agreement signed

Star International Real Estate has signed a new agreement with AAA Homes to sell and rent its properties across the kingdom.

Over the years AAA Homes has worked on a variety of projects including luxury villas, high rise apartments, multi-storey commercial buildings, showrooms, garden compounds and institutional buildings.

Approximately 30 of its units are now available for sale or to rent at Star International Real Estate.

Mohamed Anwar Abdulrahman, Star International Real Estates business development manager, said: “One of the main challenges we face is we either share inventory with other agents to satisfy customers’ needs, or we are competing with other agents on the same inventory.

“Deals such as the one we have signed with AAA Homes will help us alleviate these challenges.”

The pool of properties will include the rent of fully-furnished and serviced one- and two-bedroom apartments in Juffair such as in Regent Tower or Fortune Plaza.

Star International Real Estate will also offer property seekers homes for rent and sale such as four- to six-bedroom Al Areen Villas to single storey villas for rent in Budaiya.
