A new value meal has been launched exclusively in Bahrain by Fakhro Restaurants Co and McDonald’s Bahrain. The ‘Little French’ was created by the ‘menu management and innovation’ team of McDonald’s Bahrain, inspired by the popular ‘French’ sandwich that was introduced during the Taste of the World promotion in 2013 and 2014.
The sandwich features two 100 per cent pure Halal beef patties dipped in black pepper sauce, garnished with slivered onions and Emmental cheese on a soft fresh bun and will be available in all branches across Bahrain for a limited time only.
Abdulla Adel Fakhro, director of Fakhro Restaurants Co. said: “We are committed to providing our customers with their favourite classic menu items as well as new, innovative items, at affordable prices and at the highest quality we are known for worldwide. As our ‘menu management and innovation’ team gathered insight from our valued customers on their favourite ‘French’ sandwich launched twice in the past, the team developed the ‘Little French’ as a new addition to our value meals and for a limited time.
“This is the first time that we at McDonald’s Bahrain have launched a locally created product and is a cause to celebrate as we come close to celebrating our 20th year this December as well.”
McDonald’s Bahrain also introduces the Camembert Cheese Bites for the first time this month; a delicious and crispy addition to the menu that perfectly complements the peppery flavour of the ‘Little French’, providing customers with the opportunity to share with loved ones and enjoy the two items together.
The fast-food chain claims it is committed to serving the very best, and never compromises on food quality. All products served at all McDonald’s restaurants in the Middle East are Halal, inspected and approved by local authorities and Halal officers at the countries of export, and customs officials at the port of entry.
All meat used in McDonald’s restaurants can be traced back to a trusted supplier that shares its dedication to the highest quality standards, it added.
