Todd Gillespie narrowly clinched victory in the September competition of the Euro Motors BMW Monthly Medal Series at the Royal Golf Club with a nett score of 70, leaving Fahad Al Hakam to settle for the runners-up spot with 71 nett.
Abdulhadi Al Noaimi enjoyed a comfortable win in the second division of the popular members’ series with a nett 64 and Naeem Ullah Khan came second on nett 69.
In division three Kwang Seok Kim won first place with a nett score of 69 and Ashley Price was runner-up on nett 73. Jung Kyung Yoon achieved the best ladies nett score of 76 on countback.
All seven players progress to the Euro Motors BMW Grand Final in December.
No player was able to win a new Mini Cooper as a hole-in-one prize on hole 16.
