When I tell you to use coconut oil for health, what probably comes to your mind is a curry dish made with an Indian or Thai twist.

But what I mean is a bit different. Let me explain.

Coconut oil is, of course, suitable for cooking because it’s a saturated oil but one of its more effective uses is that it is considered a high-quality healer for digestive issues.

Coconut oil heals the digestive tract of any irritation or scarring on the inside. It solves problems such as constipation and haemorrhoids. And it also kills any pathogens or yeasts in the digestive tract.

Buy pure coconut oil, preferably organic, and take six teaspoons a day spread throughout the day, especially when you first wake up in the morning.

Will it make you fat? No.

Does it have side-effects? No.

Does it taste good? Of course, but I like it better when it’s cold.

Can you add it to some dishes? Of course, such as in porridge or even juice; but start today by having it on its own for maximum benefits.
