My friend’s boss is such a joker – the funny ‘grrrr’ type. He said he was so impressed by my pal’s recent work performance that he would acknowledge it with a new Lexus company vehicle … and promptly showed him a bike he had spotted in the showroom window as they drove through Sitra! Hilarious, what a wit, I don’t think. Mind you, perhaps my mate should have taken him up on the offer.
Although the cycle is for display purposes only, I’m told the state-of-the-art Lexus F Sport Road Bike boasts a carbon frame and an electric shifting system and is worth around BD1,500. It might come in handy for the coming Challenge Bahrain Half-Triathlon too!
